    CCS /CCUS Advanced Technology Inside Out Course

    This intensive five (5) day course covers the key concept and essential technical aspects of Carbon Capture, Utilization & Storage (CCUS), with a focus on the physics of the CCUS process, subsurface characterization, digital twin modeling of surface facilities, CO2 reservoir simulation, coupled geomechanically modeling, monitoring and well construction to achieve more reliable assessment and design of CCUS site and optimization of CCUS operations. The course aims to develop some key competence for Petro Technical and process engineers involved in these types of Projects. 

    The course instructors are SLB technical professionals with extensive knowledge and experience worldwide in CCUS site screening, site characterization, reservoir simulation, monitoring, coupled geomechanics simulation, well construction and CCUS operations.

    This course has been originally designed to be conducted via virtual training (max 7 Hrs/day) (including morning and afternoon sections each day). However, it can be customized as per the client’s necessities.

    This course has been designed for Petrotechnical professionals (G&G, Reservoir Engineers and Process Engineers) interested in gaining knowledge and developing competence in CCS/CCUS technology.
