    The Navigational Leadership Playbook & Strategic Planning workshop is an opportunity for leaders at any level to define (or redefine) their business unit “game plan”. This is an opportunity for the participants to take a vested interest in the corporate culture and apply it to their role.  Through skills and knowledge developed in this workshop participants will learn how to link corporate strategy to their roles and/or business units in a written “game-plan”.

    During this session, participants will be guided through leading edge techniques to enable systematic development of what is needed and wanted most in their business. Participants will be guided through an effective process of personalizing and utilizing the following eight (8) foundation based leadership tools: Vision, Mission, Values, Organizational Chart/Influence Chart, Work-Flow, Expectations, Key Performance Indicators (measurement), and Coaching Notes.

    This workshop will appeal to anyone in a leadership role.
