      • Learn about relevant safety regulations, standards, and best practices related to scaffolding, stairways, and working at height.
      • Familiarize yourself with the guidelines and legal requirements for maintaining a safe work environment.

     2. Master Scaffolding Techniques:

      • Gain hands-on experience in the proper assembly, use, and dismantling of scaffolding systems.
      • Identify common hazards associated with scaffolding and implement measures to mitigate risks.

     3. Ensure Stairway Safety:

      • Understand the design, construction, and maintenance requirements for safe stairways.
      • Learn how to identify and address potential hazards related to stairway use and access.

    4. Implement Height Safety Practices:

      • Develop skills in using personal protective equipment (PPE) and fall protection systems effectively.
      • Understand and apply safe work practices when working at heights to prevent falls and injuries.

    5. Apply Health and Risk Control (HARC) Measures:

      • Learn to assess and manage health and safety risks associated with height work.
      • Implement HARC strategies to enhance overall safety and control potential hazards.

     6. Conduct Risk Assessments:

      • Perform risk assessments for scaffolding, stairways, and working at height scenarios.
      • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to address identified hazards.

     7. Promote a Culture of Safety:

      • Foster a proactive safety culture within the workplace by encouraging safe practices and continuous improvement.
      • Train others on safety protocols and ensure adherence to established safety standards.

    • By the end of the course, participants will be well-equipped to safely manage and execute tasks involving scaffolding, stairways, and working at height, while effectively applying HARC principles to minimize risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
