    Techlog Rock Physics

    This hybrid course is a blend of Rock Physics domain theory and Techlog Rock physics workflows. 

    Rock Physics provides the connections between elastic properties measured at the surface of the earth, within the borehole environment or in the laboratory with the intrinsic properties of rocks, such as mineralogy, porosity, pore shapes, pore fluid, etc. It provides the understanding and theoretical tools required to optimize all imaging and characterization solutions based on elastic data.

    At the end of the class, attendees will obtain an understanding of Rock Physics domain and learn how to build and execute Rock Physics interpretation workflow using Techlog Platform.
